The story here is pretty straightforward, especially if you read the official comment below. The lyrics which I believe are from the lover’s perspective are italicized, and the framed lyrics are narration. The story of this song follows the story of the namesake track of this album, “Halloween of the Dead”.

「ハロウィンの日にゾンビとして蘇った少女がかつての恋人の元へ お出かけするお話です。前にも同じ題材で作詞していたのですが前よりも ナイーブな女子が書きたいなーって思って別少女として描いてみました。 この子の恋人も精神的に弱い感じで気に入ってますｗ」
This is a story about a girl who came back to life as a zombie on Halloween, heading out to visit her former lover. I had written lyrics with a similar theme before, but I wanted to write about a girl that was more naive this time so I portrayed her as a different person. I like that her lover is also emotionally weak.
